Inter and Mauro Icardi have the shared intention of staying together for a number of years CalcioMercato.com report. Inter officials are currently in contact with Icardi’s agent, his wife, Wanda Nara with regards to a revised contract, despite Icardi only renewing last year through to 2021.
Suning plan to raise the captains salary further and either raise his foreign release clause from €110 million to €150 million or completely remove the release clause altogether. The idea of completely removing the clause has not yet been evaluated by Icardi and his agent. The Nerazzurri would not put a clause of €300/400 million on him, as is commonplace in the contracts of Real Madrid and Barcelona players simply because it is an unrealistic figure in today’s market with just one transfer exceeding €150 million thus far.
Icardi netted a hat trick in Sunday’s Milan derby which took his goal tally to nine in eight games this season.

Remove clause 😉 make history @ INTER
150 mil is pocket change to teams like PSG, Real, Man City & Barca. There should be no clause if we want to be safe or at the very least 300+ mil. I sure as hell don’t want to lose him.
man sh*tty or piss-g will strike soon …it needs to be 300 mil…
Yeah…when they’re ready to replace cavani if I look across Europe for a good young striker to fill that role it’s icardi…
Give him/her everything they want…he deserves whatever he wants. And häll yeah, put a clause of 300 mil just to be ona safe side.
ideally we shouldn’t have a clause, that way we only have to sell when we want to and have aquired replacements.
I know but I would feel safer with a nice 300 mil clause.
Of course, 300 mil is way better than 110, but probably to not much better use because of rapid inflation of prices when everyone knows that we just cashed 300 mill.
300 million is fine, I mean I want Icardi to stay but 300 million if enough to 3 top players even with this skyrocket market
Hopefully yes
This just isn’t right, let’s wait until the end of the season
