Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio is currently in the UK on a scouting mission Corriere dello Sport detail.
Ausilio took in Manchester City-Napoli last night having met with the agent of Eliaquim Mangala, who very nearly joined the Nerazzurri in the summer but City boss Pep Guardiola blocked the move. He met with the Frenchman’s agent with a view of possibly reigniting the deal ahead of the January mercato. The 26-year-old has had limited playtime this term with just 109 minutes played across two games.
Moreover, Ausilio will attend Chelsea-Roma tonight and meet more agents, more specifically Chelsea’s Andreas Christensen’s. The 21-year-old Dane’s exit was blocked in the summer by Antonio Conte when Inter came in for him and with him being a regular fixture in the Blues lineup this season it is unlikely that his situation will change come January.

Go for De Vrij – his contract is expiring next summer and we can have him for peanuts in January and has been superb in Serie A this year and last year
And if we get both De Vrij and Christensen that would be a dream
I doubt that Lazio is going to let him go on the cheap. We have seen that on their previous sales that even when a player has close to nothing left in his contract they somehow demand way too high fees – and manage to get them sold.
yes same for balde keita, he went for peanuts, u don’t know lotito
Good idea BUT that lotito dude as we all know is tough nut to crack
They will never sell him during winter market to their direct competitor for CL place. He will renew most likely or then be sold somewhere outside Italy.
