It’s true, among our midfielders, joao is the least important at the moment. None can argue in regards of how talented he is. But it’s the same case as coutinho, kovacic, kondogbia. He’s not decisive enough yet. He needs to impose himself more in the game. Unfortunately joao also has no fixed position. He’s more like a fancy utility players. So it will be up to management whether they want to wait a little longer for joao to bloom. Or sacrifice him for a bold player spalletti has been dreamed of.
with coutinho and kova it all ended the same, we got another talented player which we are not patient enough to wait on. I say this time we wait and hopefully mario will rise to the task. I don’t really believe in vidal as i see him bring disorder in wage-balance and we don’t know how long he will last (he will propably want at least a 3 year contract)
Vidal hasnt been perform that good in this season. Seems like he’s no longer an undisputable starter for both ancelotti and heynckes this season. Idk though
Mario has huge potential, we’ll regret it if we sell him. Just take Ramires or Teixeira on loan and wait for the summer, enough sacrifices.
