Inter manager Luciano Spalletti still has a number of question marks ahead of tomorrow’s Serie A fixture at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district when the Nerazzurri host Sampdoria. A fixture which comes a mere three days after their last fixture, the 0-0 draw away to Napoli at the Stadio San Paolo.
According to Premium Sport, Brazilian full-back Dalbert may replace Yuto Nagatomo at left back and make his stake a place in the starting lineup for the fourth time this season.
In midfield, the returning Joao Mario could replace Matias Vecino in order to give the Uruguayan midfielder a rest after having started the last two fixtures. Moreover, Portuguese full-back Joao Cancelo could replace Antonio Candreva for the same reason on the right wing.
However, Candreva is still favoured to the Portuguese international but any doubts will be removed before kick off tomorrow night at San Siro.

So far concelo seems very poor. He had very limited time true, but has been invisible. Why not Karamoh, the boy seems more ready and eager to play
Spalletti said today ,in his press conference:
” Changes?
I sincerely don’t know yet.
2 or 3 players have a little muscle fatigue, let see how they react tomorrow, will decide only then”.
So ..Premium sports knows jack, just like each one of us.
Just a Premium sport idea.
Spallo probably hasn’t even decided yet or is deciding right as I write…
