The Premier League’s top clubs make up six of the top ten when Forbes lists and ranks the world’s richest football clubs.

The ‘exceptions’ to the economic and financial strength of English football are unsurprisingly represented by Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid. Juventus are in ninth place and are the only Serie A team to break into the top 10 list. Inter are in 18th position, beaten by crosstown rivals Milan who are in 14th while Roma come in just ahead the Nerazzurri in 17th place.
