Tuttosport report that Sampdoria manager Marco Giampaolo could make up to three changes to his side for the game with Inter tonight.
Former Inter attacker Gianluca Caprari may find himself replaced by Gaston Ramirez in behind striking duo Duvan Zapata and Fabio Quagliarella. Despite having success with a midfield trio of Dennis Praet, Karol Linetty and Inter linked Lucas Torreira, Giampaolo may opt to give Edgar Barretto some game time in place of one of them. Moreover, Jacopo Sala may replace Bartosz Bereszynski at right back.
La Samp go in to the game at the San Siro off the back of thrashing Crotone 5-0.

Samp defense is their most beatable and weaker point.
Silvestre and Regini are two mediocre and kind of slow big guys.
And the 2 full backs aren’t much either.
That’s why their coach Giampaolo is almost forced to never park the bus and always play an offensive minded game.
Their best quality to me is the offensive and creative midfield, with a lot of alternatives and lots of talent.
Plus Torreira solid play making .
Also the Quagliarella- Zapata duo , in a good day, is comparable to any of the best strikers duo in serie A.
But we haven’t had deadly counter attack like we had in 2010.
