Torino’s Andrea Belotti resumed ball work in training this morning as he continues his recovery from a knee injury Tuttosport detail.

The Italian forward has been sidelined for the past month and may make the bench for this weekends tie with Cagliari at the Stadio Olimpico Di Torino. Failing that, he will almost certainly return to first team action and more than likely will be in the starting lineup when the Granata travel to San Siro to take on Inter the following week.

Former Nerazzurri defender Cristian Ansaldi is also fighting to be fit to face his former employers. The 31-year-old, who spent just a season on Inter’s books, is currently recovering from a muscle injury. Joel Obi, another former Inter player, may make it back in time for the clash but Brazilian defender Lyanco will certainly not make it.
