Bayern Munich want to get rid of Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal as soon as possible and are considering to sell him this January when the transfer window opens, according to a reports by Tuttosport.
The former Juventus midfielder’s current contract with the Bundesliga champions expires at the end of June 3oth 2019 but the Bavarian giants are not keen on renewing it and a sale now is very likely so as to avoid selling him cheaper next summer.
“Selling him in January could be ideal since he earns €6.5 million per season. Inter are monitoring the situation. It is true that Inter have to make a big sale in order to be able to afford the deal but Bayern Director Karl Heinz Rumminegge would probably be able to agree terms with Suning. The player’s will to return to Italy can also be used as leverage in the negotiations. Vidal started their latest game on the bench and only played because Lewandoski got injured and was substituted on, which is a very bizarre scenario for the 2 time Copa American champion” Tuttosport report.
old vidal was good, and we’r in no position to say no to old vidal even with discipline problems, the question is if vidal now is the same, this’s a question for our scouts and directors to answer.
i think the priority for winter transfer is to get a trequartista who’s good in taking free kicks and scoring goals in addition to the obvious need for a center back
the best
I’d sign him for a 3 year contract for anything below 25mil IF he agrees to get a pay cut. He’s the only player in the planet with similar traits to Radja Ninja, and he would flourish as an AM in Spaletti’s system just like Ninja did.
I know he has issues… but if he can increase our level of play I say go for it. Maicon had a drinking problem too, he did a damn good job in his stint at Inter.
Honestly, I’d pass on him. Declining, old and problematic.
… and very expensive in salary!
He is 30 year old and a well know party-animal but he still has so much to offer and would be an awesome player to have to play behind Icardi with his drive and charisma on the pitch! A true leader and someone we could surely use to “drag” the rest of the team forward and into the CL next season!
I would love to have him behind Icardi, Ramirez and Vecino/Borja together in midfield and a center defeder like De Vrej and we´d be good!
My next season dream line up:
Handa
Dumbo-Skriniar-Gimenez-Dalbert
Gaglia-Vecino
Chiesa-Vidal-Perisic
Icardi
Well considering we being out of the claws of the FFP next July I really hope we aim higher. Dalbert seems like a talented lad for the future for sure but Ambros, who has been do8ng really well won’t be my first choice in a CL line up by a club with shit rich owners like us, same goes for Gagliardini: talented but if we want to reach the next level we need a quality central midfielder to help dictating the speed of game.
Chiesa is super talented lad for sure, but is he ready? We need a fluent player on the right like we have in Perisic, a player who can use both his feet but is Chiesa that player?
Note that we have to be realistic as well. Suning is still under China’s sanction and we have to still comply with FFP. Gimenez will be cheap to get (due to his contract situation) but extremely high cost in wages. Chiesa would at least cost us 40mil, and he is spectacular if you have been following Fiorentina the past two seasons. Dumbo has been outstanding this year, so yes, I’d still keep him and play him against Real Madrid. Lastly, Gaglia is not even 23 years old, he has time by his side. I hope that he will be developed in our system.
True – agree with you 8m everything…
Rummenigge is smart man, he must see his declining
All in for this! Suning, show em’ the money!
