Icardi To Be Back In Full Training on Tuesday Ahead Of Inter-Atalanta

From Tuesday next week, Mauro Icardi will be back in full training with his teammates according to Sky Sports report.

Icardi picked up a knock – which was diagnosed as nothing more than severe bruising of his knee – during the 1-1 draw against Torino at the weekend past. It was initially feared that he would miss the Nerazzurri’s first game back after the international break against Atalanta on Sunday 19 November but the aforementioned diagnosis confirmed he would almost certainly be available barring any further setbacks. He is currently on a specialised training regime and one of few present at Pinetina with the majority of his teammates away on international duty with their respective nations.

Inter captain Icardi has netted 11 goals in 12 games so far this season, good enough to place him third in the Serie A scoring charts, three goals short of leader Ciro Immobile of Lazio. Moreover, the 24-year-old has provided one assist.
