Porto central defender Ivan Marcano is an idea for Inter alongside two other clubs according to a report from Spanish news outlet Plaza Deportiva.

The 30-year-old Spaniard’s contract expires with the Portuguese powerhouses at the end of the season and he is understood to have rejected a contract renewal offer. Moreover, another offer is expected to be made to the former Rubin Kazan man who has been on Porto’s books since the summer of 2014.

Aside from Inter, Spanish club Valencia and Premier League side Everton – who allegedly made a move for him back in the summer too – are both also interested in signing the player who can also list playing for Olympiacos and Villarreal on his C.V.

This season Marcano has made 19 appearances in all competitions for the Dragoes and helped them in achieving 11 clean sheets in that time. In addition to this, Marcano has also captained the Lisbon based club 10 times this season and scored on four occasions.
