VIDEO – Highlights: Cagliari 1 – 3 Inter: Icardi Takes Inter To The Top Of The Serie A

Mauro Icardi followed up his brace last week at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza against Atalanta with another one, this time away at the Sardegna Arena against Cagliari in a match that finished 3-1 to the Nerazzurri and which mean that Inter go top of the Serie A.

It was far from an impressive performance by Inter but more an efficient one. The Nerazzurri scored on the few chances they had with Inter captain Mauro Icardi scoring two which takes his tally up to 15 goals in 14 Serie A matches, same as Lazio’s Ciro Immobile. Speaking of which, Ivan Perisic and Antonio Candreva both got an assist which means they now have made 6 assists each and go top in that ranking together with, Lazio’s Ciro Immobile.
