Inter today confirmed that midfielder Matias Vecino had suffered a thigh injury following medical testing.
The Uruguayan was taken off during Inter’s 3-1 victory over Cagliari over the weekend and his condition will be evaluated day to day by the Inter medical staff.
The 26-year-old has played a crucial part for Luciano Spalletti’s Nerazzurri this term since arriving in the summer and played a part in each of the 14 Serie A games played thus far scoring twice and assisting once.
