Former Inter striker Aldo Serena shared his thoughts on what Inter’s Argentinian captain Mauro Icardi must do to improve in order to grow into a world class striker in an interview with Italian radio station Radio 24.

“In order to become a world class striker Icardi must continue to improve in how he works for the team. However Mauri Icardi has nothing to learn when it comes to how to play inside the penalty box” Serena stated.

Aldo Serena had a glorious career at Inter, AC Milan, Juventus as well as Torino and is the only footballer to have represented all those four teams and one of few to have won the Serie A with Juve as well as the Rossoneri and the Nerazzurri.

Serena scored 56 goals in 165 games across all comeptitions whilst playing for Inter helping the Nerazzurri to win all domestic Italian titles as well as the UEFA Cup during the 1990/1991 season.
