Inter are one of a host of clubs that have their eyes on Cristian Pavon according to Corriere dello Sport.
The Nerazzurri, who enquired about his availability last summer when in talks over a transfer for Gary Medel, are joined by Sporting Lisbon, Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Monaco in being interested in the Boca Juniors striker.
Pavon, who recently made his international debut for Argentina, has no intention to leave the Argentine powerhouses for another year however as he wishes to win the Copa Libertadores, South America’s equivalent to the Champions League.
Moreover, the 21-year-old is under contract through to 2022 and has a €37.5 million release clause. Since debuting, Pavon has scored 17 and assisted 14 in 58 games.
The Nerazzurri are also interested in Boca youth team player Gonzalo Maroni too. The 18-year-old attacking midfielder has been likened to Paulo Dybala and made three first team appearances so far. Maroni is under contract at La Bombonera through to 2019.
