Milan Skriniar’s agent Karol Csonto spoke to TuttoMercatoWeb on his client as he put in another top performance in the 5-0 win over Chievo.
“Milan is really proud to be part of a great group and play continuously with Inter. We’re all very satisfied with how the start of the season has gone. Inter the right move? Definitely. After a great season with Sampdoria, Skriniar can still grow and improve his qualities at a top club like Inter.”
Skriniar’s continued good performances have alerted some of the European elite and Csonto spoke on the interest.
“Interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid? The names of the best teams in the world have come out, but right now Milan doesn’t want to be drawn to these rumours at all.
“He’s been at Inter for only five months, and he still has a lot of work ahead of him, as well as many feats to achieve with this shirt.
“After that, we’ll see what happens in the future. The main targets for now? Winning the Scudetto and playing in the Champions League next season.”
The only Milan we love
I can see him being our 1st choice CB for a really long time. He and the inter fans love each other. Definitely a good position for him to be in right now.
He could use playing in a team like ours for 3-4 years more, where he can develop immensely and become even better. Once he is there, he should be able to demand a staring role in any club. And there is very little we can do once Barca come knocking. It’s all on him. :/
Inter beat Barca more than once. I don’t think any club is bigger than others. It’s playing in CL that’s counts. That’s why Inter should always be in CL so these star players would stick to the club. And i don’t see why Skriniar wouldn’t be a future captain for Inter.
