Paula De La Fuente, wife of Inter Vice President and former club captain, Javier Zanetti was interviewed by MiTomorrow at the Fondazione Pupi event at the Hotel Magna Mars in Milan.
“She spoke about the amazing support she has received from the Italian people for the foundation: “I always thank the people of Italy because as a population they have always given us a massive contribution and support for the foundation. Whatever we offer they always respond kindly and support us.
“Especially here in Milan, where we have our office. The support we get from the Italian community is essential as we only return to Argentina in July and at Christmas. This year instead of just auctioning off items we decided to go for unique experiences like that with Messi, also with Neymar and even that with Andrea Bocelli, which can be found on our website. It seemed like a unique moment to be able to give to someone. We will also be auctioning off Mauro Icardi’s captain’s armband from Sunday’s game with Chievo Verona.”
