Nerazzurri manager Luciano Spalletti has called up 22 players for the Serie A clash tomorrow night at the Allianz Stadium in Turin when Juventus host Inter with kick-off scheduled for 20.45 CET.
Roberto Gagliardini and Joao Miranda are back in the set-up after having been suspended during last week’s Serie A fixture when the Nerazzurri thrashed Chievo 5-0 at home at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district. Uruguay international midfielder Matias Vecino has recovered too following the injury he sustained away against Cagliari and is available to start as well which means that Spalletti has a full squad ahead of tomorrow’s fixture.
The entire squad:
Goalkeepers: 1 Samir Handanovic, 27 Daniele Padelli, 46 Tommaso Berni;
Defenders: 7 Joao Cancelo, 13 Andrea Ranocchia, 21 Davide Santon, 25 Joao Miranda, 29 Henrique Dalbert, 33 Danilo D’Ambrosio, 37 Milan Skriniar, 55 Yuto Nagatomo;
Midfielders: 5 Roberto Gagliardini, 10 Joao Mario, 11 Matias Vecino, 20 Borja Valero, 77 Marcelo Brozovic;
Attackers: 9 Mauro Icardi, 17 Yann Karamoh, 23 Eder, 44 Ivan Perisic, 87 Antonio Candreva, 99 Andrea Pinamonti.
Is a Candreva goal ripe?
Is it finally his time ?
BTW:
Candreva scored his first serie A goal playing for Juve.
Less than 24 hours left and I am nervous , tensed, afraid , paranoid you guys help me find the words , about this game ..as always.
This one has almost always been nothing but a headache for us.
We even lost there in the triplete season.
And even when we did pull off the miracle win, their first loss in the new stadium, we totally crashed afterward.
Spalletti has the most horrific record there , he has pretty much always lost with juve.
I want to see a courageous , creative , pretty offensive inter and whatever the result I would be happy with just that for now, because that’s how you create a great future:
Quality, courage, serious , creative, offensive game plan …backed up by a strong defense too, of course.
I’m curious to see what subs Spalletti will make in this game.
Yes but first of all I am curious about the starting XI.
Not sure the media know what they are talking about.
I think there have been a couple of doubts in Spalletti’s mind these days, so there could be a couple of surprises like Brozo or maybe even Nagatomo or something in our midfield real disposition in the field ,(4-3-3?)or something else nobody expects.
I think the surprise would be that there would be no surprises.
Brozo Starting , I knew it
Spalletti will stick to our 4-2-3-1 formation…maybe change it during the game because changing formation from the start is dangerous.
I don’t think brozo will start – even if this is the first time in a while a actually hope so! I would hate to see Valero behind the attack as he simple plays better deep in the field. Maybe Vecino can even play behind the attack. Spalletti seems to have a weak spot for him, so I think he will play. But anyway, Spalletti might stick with Gaglia, Vecino and Valero becuase it provides more safety than a midfield with Brozo – who will come on as a joker. I hope to see D’ambro and Santon in the FB roles. Rest of the team is given 🙂
Brozo Starts instead of Gaglia !
I am happy ,this was my ideal midfield.
Brozo IS starting.
I knew it !
Always thrilled… and excited…
Thanks ,good answer ,pull me out of my worries a bit.
Hahaha, ur welcome, sir. I take that as a compliments, as actually it just how i express what i feel.
Forza Inter.
Managing roma and managing Inter is two different things …Roma basically has a model that napoli has in terms of their attacking play but as the media put it we are the anti-juve their counter and I expect a beautiful game tomorrow filled with passion …forza inter!
