The Inter lineup for the fixture with Pordenone is set to see a number of changes made Corriere dello Sport and Gazzetta dello Sport both agree.
A lot of the regular starters will be rested for the league game with Udinese at the weekend. Therefore, the lesser utilised members of the squad are more than likely to start from the off and have the chance to impress boss Luciano Spalletti.
Attacking midfielder Joao Mario, who would have been in line for a start, has been ruled out with tonsillitis. Defender Miranda and Danilo D’Ambrosio are both suspended for tomorrow night’s Coppa Italia fixture.
Backup goalkeeper Daniele Padelli and young winger Yann Karamoh are set to make their first starts for the Nerazzurri while the likes of Samir Handanovic, Ivan Perisic and club captain Mauro Icardi will be rested.
Inter (4-2-3-1); Daniele Padelli, Yuto Nagatomo, Milan Skriniar, Andrea Ranocchia, Dalbert; Matias Vecino, Roberto Gagliardini; Joao Cancelo, Marcelo Brozovic, Yann Karamoh; Eder.
i watched this match,
very embarrassing have to go through next round on penalty shootout against Serie C club
Karamoh finishing looks as bad as Mario, wasting many easy chances
Galias penalty was horrible what a dumb ars
wondering, why there is no discussion about this match. inter almost did not pass into next stage in intense penalty shout out.
I watched it till the last second and I hated this game
Nagatomo MOTM even apart from the final pk.
One thing :
How do you not concede the pk on Eder?
It wasn’t even a difficult situation to see ,difficult to concede ,like the pk against rube ,it was just your standard picture of the “perfect ,typical pk in the manual of refereeing ”
Eder shooting , Pordenone defender kick him .
on serious note…it should be Padelli…
Yes .. Padelli.
Who , by the way , is a big Inter fan since childhood , and I always thought is SO much better than Carrizo as Handa sub.
With Carrizo we would have lost this one, seriously.
Padelli has been very solid tonight
Lord Naga save the day….
we are doing bad so far
Dalbert…
we spent our last transfer market available money on this guy,,and with bonuses it will be at least 25m…
no comment.
Dalbert always looked affraid or shy with the ball…maybe he needs more time..and so far we will have to endure wiht Nagatomo..our savior…
I know Spaletti won’t do this but I’d rather we play with this line up:
4-2-2-2
Padelli
Cancelo-Skriniar-Rano-Dalbert
Gaglia-Vecino
Brozo-Karamoh
Eder-Pinamonti
almost… (y) :))
I think we will play our backups like Rano, Cancelo, and dalbert in front of padelli.
Not many changes in Midfield since we don’t have many option
and for attacking maybe eder, karamoh, pinamonti will get their chances
In as much that i would want Spalletti to rest some of the first team players doesn’t mean that we should risk this game against Pordenone…I find it laughable that some guys are saying COPPA ITALIA is not important…In 2009-2010 season we won Serie A, Coppa Italia and Champions League and its was called Treble and we are the only team in Italy that has won it. So, Supposing we didn’t add Coppa Italia to it that year it wouldn’t have been called Treble… right?
Every game is important and must be taken serious…my opinion though. FORZA INTER SEMPRE!!!
True that bro… Very true.
Also, is Gnoukouri not fit yet? How about Zaniolo or Danso. In defence there is Lombardoni and Van Den Eyden to rest the first team.
About Gnoukuri Wikipedia says:
“He is under contract with the Italian club Internazionale, but is not registered to play for them in the first half of the 2017–18 season.”
Cancelo at RB, Karamoh on the right, Eder on the left and Pinamonti up top.
Hope we reast Vecino too – he has seemed a bit tired lately and after his injury he hasn’t been that dominating as at the beginning of the season. What about play the young Emmers next to Gagliardini?
Do we not have a primavera midfielders to give gagliardini and vecino a break? I would like to see a new prospect for our midfield
Gagliardini got a rest enough in the last 2 games.
Candreva try out as trequarista?
He needs a rest bro please
i don’t really care about coppa, i hope to see skriniar on the bench too..
Yes , I would also like to rest Skriniar
..plus ..even a Santon or something, whatever… adapted as a CB could be a test for future emergencies and should be enough to get away with this one.
Yes they will be motivated ,still , a Serie C team and not even on top of Serie C !
It would be very hard to manage to lose this one ..
Then we go back to the worst defense in the league again
not in the league, but in coppa italia maybe. i honestly don’t care, because we should focus on serie a.
Mario should undergone tonsillectomy.
why Mario…why….
My predicted lineup is
Pandelli
Cancelo, Ranocchia, Skriniar, Dalbert
Gagliardini,Vecino
Brozovic
Karamoh, Pinomonti, Eder
No,Cancelo will probably play forward , in Candreva’s spot .
Idk we bought cancelo as a RB to replace dambrosio, i rather try him here as a rb than as a winger to see where hes at and, Karamoh is more of a right winger and he prefers to play there and i would rather him play in his preferred position that he likes than a different position
Ok , but on Karamoh:
He played as a pure striker in his last Under 21 France match.
And he scored the only goal of the game.
one of the reason cancelo leave valencia because he don’t like to play in more advance position. he always said that he like to play in more defensive role(RB). i think spal need to give him a chance to play in his favorite position. i remember roberto carlos leave inter for the same reason.
He is far too tactically useless to play as a full-back.
Cancelo is just not ready to play as a defender in Serie A nor against any Italian opposition for that matter.
Spal already tried him there in the Milan derby and he gifted Bona Milan’s 2nd goal.
Unless a miracle happens, he is going to be sent back to Valencia at the end of the season.
We deserve better than Cancelo!
Not as a 4 defense full back.
Maybe just ahead of the 3 defense .
He is still weak defensively.
But at least he does have offensive qualities ,as opposed to Dalbert.
Some type of 4-4-2.
Padelli.
Nagatomo, Ranocchia , Skriniar (Santon ? ) , Dalbert.
Cancelo, Vecino, Gagliardini , Brozovic.
Karamoh , Eder.
I am thinking:
He may try Santon CB to keep Skriniar safe?
Spalletti talked about that option a couple of times already.
Meh I think he’s going to spare Santon. Santon will be a regular for all the season if he doesn’t get injured so Spalleti will want to rest him after the injury he got in the game although it didn’t turn out to be serious fortunately.
Spalletti on the pre game interview:
” They will come to San Siro with a top player very difficult to play against:
Super motivation.
And if super motivation meets our presumption anything could happen.”
” It’s a reptile derby , they are The Lizards we are The Serpents “
Karamoh will start.
Spalletti already said so.
JM has tonsillitis again , right when we need him to start a game..
He is not available.
Nagatomo has been having some muscular pains and mild forms of muscle fatigue for the last few days and , btw , that’s the only reason cause Dalbert and not him came in Saturday versus rube.
But he appears to be probably recovered for this one.
So is Santon.
Xian Emmers might not turn out to be a great prospect. Decent talent though.
Karamoh, pinamonti and vailetti pls
cancello should become the priority for RB because he’s lack of playing time. vallietti, still play regularly with our primavera team.
Cancelo will most probably play in Candy’s position.
then i hope spalletti manage to convince him then. or else i think our journey to find a new RB will start again next season..^^
Let’s first find that LB first. As Dalbert did the things that Spaletti hated in the last game). I’m very pessimistic about being able to see him owning that position.
Valietti was not included in the squad unfortunately :/
