According to Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, the easiest option to reinforce the Nerazzurri midfield in January remains Jiangsu Suning’s Brazilian midfielder, Ramires. The newspaper wrote: “Inter and Spalletti want him, the player has already made it known that he does not want to return to China, and does not want to attend Jiangsu’s preseason training camp in Marbella (Spain) in January, because he wants to wear the Nerazzurri shirt, but Jindong Zhang and Suning directors do not want to give signals that they prefer Inter to Jiangsu Suning.”

The Corriere continued: “Due to the two clubs being under the same ownership, the financial terms of the deal would be easily worked out, however the green light from the management team is required first”. The former Chelsea midfielder  however is not the only option Inter are considering, the other alternatives remain those of Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Javier Pastore, without forgetting Donsah and Verdi of Bologna.”
