It would seem that Spanish team Valencia are willing to leave the door open to a possible return to the club of Portuguese wide man, Joao Cancelo.
Valencia manager Marcelino was questioned about the player in his pre-match press conference ahead of Valencia’s game against Villarreal and he said “we will speak about the transfer market after this game. Cancelo is currently an Inter player so his chances of coming back to Valencia depend solely on if they decide they do not want to keep him. If he doesn’t play with Inter he cannot play with another club so this helps us, but it all depends on Inter.”
The Portuguese winger has failed to make an impression so far this season for Inter having featured mainly as a substitute in the closing stages of games and just the one appearance from the start at home to Pordenone in the Coppa Italia earlier this month.
