Lazio’s club doctor Fabio Rodia gave an injury update on Simone Inzaghi’s side as they prepare for a trip to San Siro to face Inter tomorrow evening. Ahead of the game, Lazio have a number of injury doubts particularly in attack with two strikers looking likely to miss the fixture.

“Things are going well for Davide Di Gennaro, who played a small part in full training today. He is almost ready to get fully back in to training. Simone Palombi had a small sprain to his ankle, it is nothing to worry about but of course it is necessary to keep an eye on it for the next few days. As for Felipe Caicedo, he will be monitored in the coming days but we expect him to be out for about 20 days or so.”

Rodia concluded the interview with Lazio Style Radio 89.3 confirming that Brazilian attacker Felipe Anderson would be back for the Biancocelesti’s final game of 2017.

“He is now fully recovered,” he said.
