Inter’s Italian central defender Andrea Ranocchia spoke to Sky Sports after Inter’s goalless encounter with Lazio at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district in what was the last Serie A fixture of 2017.

“We didn’t concede and that is important. We always play for the three points and it is a shame to not have them but at the same time we drew against a tough competitor. That’s something good. We are not at top form at this moment and have a few injuries and close matches but that shouldn’t be an excuse. We still have plenty to play for and I believe we can reach the top. The important thing is we did not lose today” Ranocchia stated,

“I suffered a knock in the first half but I am happy to go ahead. I am giving everything I have for Inter and I believe we can overcome this situation soon” Ranocchia concluded.
