Corriere dello Sport have attempted to predict how Inter manager Luciano Spalletti will deploy his side later today when Inter take on Stefano Pioli’s Fiorentina.
Davide Santon and Borja Valero have fought off competition in their respective positions to retain their place in the former Roma manager’s starting 11 for tonight’s fixture at the Stadio Artemio Franchi which is scheduled to kick off at 20:45 local time.
Joao Cancelo will also start for the fourth straight game while Andrea Ranocchia will continue to partner Milan Skriniar at the centre of defence.
Moreover, the Rome based news outlet report that young striker Andrea Pinamonti is set to miss out due to a fever. They also bring an update on the injuries to Miranda and Danilo D’Ambrosio. The Brazilian will return for the next game while the Italian will return a game or two after that.
Inter Predicted Starting Lineup (4-2-3-1): Samir Handanovic; Joao Cancelo, Andrea Ranocchia, Milan Skriniar, Davide Santon; Matias Vecino, Roberto Gagliardini; Antonio Candreva, Borja Valero, Ivan Perisic; Mauro Icardi.
we have many option at LB, but none of them are good enough for 90 minute “not make mistakes”.
and both candreva and perisic is fcking tired and readable for opponents every games. shut them and we played nothing for 90 minute, plus 0 shot on target by Icardi for a bonus and don’t ask our deptch at bench. we really need something fresh leg and new formation guys.
how low we have fallen ?
santon has become our reinforcement player.
;-(((
Except the Udinese game, Santon has been our best LB this year. At the moment I prefer him over Dalbert. Nagashit is dead bottom after primavera options for me.
o.k.. but we must ask ourselves when new “udinese game” is coming ? let’s hope he has matured, it was about time.
If u study the Udinese game, the fullbacks were clearly instructed to move ball forward, something that failed completely. as flanks were completely blocked.. I guess we still dont know how to move the ball through the middle..nor do we know how to switch sides fast enough to catch the opposing team off balance.. As Gag-boy and our midfield seem unable to getting some pace on the ball through the middle. Santon may not be the best dealing with “speedy” opponents. However, i would sure pick him over the two midget alternatives. I mean.. come on.. 160cm or something.. how can they cover a passing lane.. high balls.. or anything.. with the length of a 12y old..
with the length of a 12y old… hahahaha, yes, messi is it, but he is an attacker ! btw. why did they take gaglia, he has nothing special to offer … a pure mediocrity … oh yes, ausilio’s ingenuity and vision !
Messi is an abnormality.. alien.. but like u said, certainly not a defender.. I really wish Gag would be better than he is.. Inter certainly need Italians in the core of the team.. however.. i doubt gag will ever have anything special to offer.. like u said.. totally mediocre in every way..
