Valencia are continuing to work upon bringing Joao Cancelo back early from his loan spell with Inter according to a report from Milan based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
The Portuguese full back has started in Inter’s past five games in all competitions but had struggled to break in to the team earlier in the season. He joined the Nerazzurri on a season long loan deal back in the summer which saw Inter midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia go the other way on loan too.
Inter do not appear willing to give Cancelo up early despite the fact his agent, super-agent Jorge Mendes is also lurking in the background.
Moreover, they report that there have been many transfer offers made for 31-year-old striker Eder. In addition to this, they have also confirmed that Inter have rejected Santos’ loan offer for Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa and that Sao Paulo are keen on taking the 21-year-old forward.
What makes the most sense is for a player exchange, kondogbia for cancelo, both players are happy where are they are now. Plain and Simple. Only thing Valencia somehow deem cancelo to be worth 40 million. And if they feel that way then Kondog should be worth 80 million cuz his performances at Valencia have been that much better than Cancelo’s when he was there.
it is so sad to see all those flops and wannabe players offering themselves to inter :-((
— that’s the way things go when the club is
tied for cunning owners who do not want to spend on inter (their main worry is how to grab as much money as they can for icardi in summer !!),
with so-called fft that is “exclusively ment for inter”,
with creative inter menagers like ausilio, …
—-
have we become a warehouse for hopeless and worn out players ??
I shall SCREAM !!!
God, you know a lot of things about Suning’s intentions ,fthat’s or sure.
Based on what specific facts remains pretty mysterious thou.
Here are some facts we have for sure ,until now:
So far they have spent A LOT.
They are bound now by FFP , if anyone wants to get informed ,it’s the simple truth
So far Suning has sold NOT ONE of our most desired , highly rated players , and they acquired a number of high rated , young players.
They have refused all offers for Icardi and Perisic.
When they arrived they said :
” No more Coutinho or Kovacic instances happening to Inter ”
And so far ,it has been true.
But you know and understand the future ,cause you see a lot of very different things that we just cannot see , apparently.
And they are running Inter as a family ….. Inter needed a family !!
FFP is bullshit reason to cover the truth that they are broke or don’t want to spend money for inter. How many times did we read news about FFP is not our problem after bla bla bla? Hundreds. Yes, we need to raise some money and keep our finance in check. But how we can do that if we don’t play at the highest level a.k.a UCL?
Yes, we will lose some money for buying player but we can gain more money easily by playing in UCL.
Look at other clubs, they have to respect FFP as well but they still buy some players. Why? Because they know they will get more money from merchandise or competition. We didn’t play in Copa anymore. Do you know what it means? We lost potential income. Not much, but it is still money not garbage. Why? Because we don’t have enough players to compete.
We has spent THE MOST in the last 6 years? I don’t know about this, but most of them are garbage. Now, Dalbert has potential to follow Gabi. Whose fault is this? Ausilio. He was good at the beginning because he can pull the Ausilio formula, but we can’t depend on it anymore. We need to buy real player who don’t need adaptation. I agree if we need to find replacement for Ausilio.
Sorry , but just because you don’t understand basic finances and FFP regulations it does not mean that they don’t exist or they are just made up excuses.
I understand it. But they respect it too much. They are too afraid to take risk. Why the Arab’s club can buy so many expensive player but our owner can’t do the same?
There are so many potential income if we buy a real star player. It will be easier to follow FFP rules as well.
thohir already said multiple times.. but no one pay attention. sunning is a private company they have limitation. city and psg with arab owner are actually is a company own by qatar and UAE government. that’s why they have unlimited money and connection. and city and psg was not close to bankrupt when the arabs take over their club. they are in good shape financially. inter in other hand was almost send to serie c you know that right!? and every club sign different contract with uefa, depend on their financial condition. our contract will ended in 2019. club like psg also have to sell their player because they just sign neymar. but they have great revenue, they have their own stadium. and they play in UCL.
actually if we manage to play in UCL this season, sunning can spend more because we would get more revenue. but we’re not.
Thank you. Your clear explanation answers my question. So, they have limitation, means they don’t have that much money. Because some people defend them by saying FFP this, FFP that, Chinese government bla bla bla…
But I still hope they want to take risk in this mercato by spending some money. I mean, this season we are so close to the UCL. I dont want to lose UCL spot again because our owner refuse to give some reinforcement. Most of our players are on fire, we have right coach. Yes, they still have to respect FFP. But won’t it be easier for us to get more revenue later in the summer if we get that UCL spot, ie from sponsorship, tv rights? It also will be easier for us to sell our players with high price if we have good season.
you misundestood me.. by limitation, i mean the contract that sign by thohir.. please read my comment as a whole mate.. i said every club have different contract with UEFA, base on their financial status. we’re even worse than AC milan at the time. that’s why our FFP contract would be more strict.. we don’t want to make the same mistake as moratti. because we could easily end up in serie c like parma.
I see.. So the limitation is not related to their status as a private company. Then, why did you mention it and compare it to company of city and psg owner? But okay, if that’s what you mean, we already read that very often. We know about the no deficit at the end of the season, the employee expenses to revenue ratio is restricted, the costs of acquiring players is limited.
What about my last part? It should be possible to do. Why Suning didn’t do that?
I also wonder why our fat pig president can’t get any sponsor from Indonesia while other club that have no relation with Indonesia whatsoever can get it? There are so many interisti in Indonesia.
that big fat president should sell his share to sunning. because he also take about 200+ m loan, that have burden us too. i did the comparison because that what thohir told us. and the arab are smarter because they invest in a team that have healthy financial like PSG and man city(a club that already rich before the take over. do what!? take some risk? they make mistake by believing that KIA bitch, and over spending their money in jao mario and gabriel barbosa. but can’t blame them, because mario was the MPV of euro at the time, and gabigol was “the next neymar”. after this mistake you can see them learn from their mistake, by signing sabatini and stop listening to that double headed snake called KIA.
i don’t want to see this team over spend in this january. we just need AM, CB, and maybe one winger.
bbilan is in risk of losing everything next season. we don’t want to end up like them. people always compare PSG and man city to inter, but they have their own stadium, that can generate revenue for them, we don’t. they play in champion league, that is the main attraction for most worldclass player, we don’t. that’s why it’s more difficult for us to sign real “big name”.
Not only this article makes zero sense , why giving him back early ?
In exchange for what?
But we have the right to buy and we should definitely exercise it at the end of the season for this totally outstanding , high quality player.
I wish we had a similar right on..Dalbert …so we could NOT exercise that right.
THIS is the guy we should have spent our last money on , instead of …Dalbert the..whatever guy..
That’s funny, I still remember all the bashing on Nagatomo and praises on Dalbert during the summer, how Dalbert is so great with Nice and all that. How quickly do folks change their opinions.
I dont know who this Mister Folks is , but if u r referring to me u simply have the wrong person.
I have always said :
Cancelo good Dalbert trash.
And guess what , I was right.
Also I am one of the few here who has never been a nagatomo trasher. .
Wrong in every possible count and every possible way.
Funny how folks just make things out of their butt when they don’t know what they speak of.
I wasn’t speaking about you or anyone in particular.
Well , you were answering a post based on my personal opinion of those two players.
So:
” funny how folks change their opinion” is based on WHAT exactly?
so inter have to buy this guy then,,,he is the only fullback that know how to attack decently
I rate him
I like Cancelo his tears when he left Valencia makes me have faith in him
