Barcelona have given Inter permission to start speaking with midfielder Rafinha over a potential move transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio has revealed through his website gianlucadimarzio.com.
It is further understood that Inter made an initial offer in terms of personal terms yesterday and their offer is currently being evaluated by the Brazilian’s representatives Alex Boesch and Mazinho, who is also his father. Rafinha however remains in Barcelona with one of the intermediaries for the deal Nicola Innocentin but there is a good chance that an agreement will soon be found.
Moreover, Inter are to make their first official offer for the 24-year-old on the basis of a loan deal with an option to buy. They have also received assurances about the players fitness from the Catalan club but want to be absolute certain about his condition before signing him because after all, he has not played since May of last year.
