According to Corriere dello Sport, some positive news has arrived on the injury front for Inter coach Luciano Spalletti. The Rome-based newspaper has revealed that both Miranda and Danilo D’Ambrosio are set to resume training tomorrow when their teammates return to work again.

The Brazilian centre-back will be in the group immediately, and they will both be fit to face Roma in a crucial match at San Siro next Sunday evening. Meanwhile, Andrea Ranocchia is also fit again having suffered a minor problem just prior to the winter break. Things seem to finally be looking up in this regard.

It also looks as though the Nerazzurri defence is about to be strengthened further by the arrival of Argentine stopper Lisandro López, who is due to arrive from Liga NOS giants Benfica next week. Reports suggest he will join on an initial loan deal worth around €500,000, which will include an option to buy for a further €9 million.
