Rafinha Wants A Transfer To Inter

Milano based newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Inter are going on the offensive in order to wrap up the signing of Barcelona player Rafinha.

According to the report: “Barcelona turned down the initial offer from Inter for Rafinha, an offer that would bring the Brazilian to Milano on a free loan deal with a mandatory buy-out on €23 million.  Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio will contact Barcelona and will together with Rafinha’s agent try to reach a deal with Barcelona.”

The Catalans are afraid that their former youth team player will finally become a star player and that is the reason for the high buy-out sum.

The Gazzetta reports further that: “Inter on the other hand wants to share the risk, thereby having a lower sum for the buy-out. Anyway, this is not an impossible obstacle so everything points to an Inter blitz resolving the situation. Ausilio has Rafinha as his highest priority and there is an agreement between the player and Inter.”
