During an interview with TuttoMercatoWeb, former Inter coach Andrea Stramaccioni discussed several issues, ranging from his past with the Nerazzurri to his present with Sparta Prague. Here is what he had to say:

“It was difficult in Prague to begin with. The first few months were especially challenging because we were getting used to a new type of football, learning a new language and gelling a team together largely made up of new arrivals. We have managed to find a better balance recently which has given us greater continuity.

“Inter? I know the environment there very well. It is important to remain balanced at these times, while Spalletti knows what he has to do. They will recover and with some important additions they will fight back to show their true potential.

Return to Italy? I have a two-year contract and I am focused on doing the best that I can. Sparta Prague has incredible history and millions of fans. I am proud to be their coach.”
