Despite Inter knocking them back on more than one occasion, Valencia continue to insist upon wanting to bring Joao Cancelo back six months early from his loan spell at the Nerazzurri.

After a rough start where he struggled to get in the team, Cancelo has recently established himself in Luciano Spalletti’s starting 11 in the absence of Danilo D’Ambrosio, who has missed over a month of action through an injury.

Spanish news outlet Estadio Deportivo have reported that the Portuguese is not the only player that is currently under consideration by the Spanish club however.

Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian and Barcelona’s Aleix Vidal – both of whom have come in to links with Inter in the past – have not found their desired amount of playing time at their respective sides this season and could be open to a move to Valencia who are desperate to add a right back this transfer window.
