Juventus Manager Max Allegri has suggested that the Serie A title is not just a two horse race between Juventus and Napoli.

Speaking at his pre match press conference he suggested that both Inter and Roma could still re-enter the race for the title in the second half of the season: “They are a little bit behind us at the moment but Roma and Inter are both still possible candidates for the title. The gap to the top of the table means nothing now there are still eighteen games remaining and fifty four points available, there is every possibility that they cab still challenge.”

Inter started the season well and went on an impressive run culminating in a 5-0 win at home to Chievo at the end of November that see the Nerazzurri go top of the Serie A table and face Juventus at the Allianz Stadium top of the league. December however see Inter fall from grace failing to register a single win during the month in a run that see them drop to third in the table.
