Inter and Liverpool have struck an agreement over the transfer of striker Daniel Sturridge according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

The two clubs have agreed upon a loan deal (with loan fee attached) and a €25 million redemption option for the 28-year-old striker who is seeking more playing time to secure his place in the England squad for the upcoming World Cup this summer.

However, Gazzetta understand that Sturridge’s arrival is linked to Eder. Eder is not convinced by the proposals that have arrived from Crystal Palace or Zenit St. Petersburg. Inter will not consider anything other than offers to take the naturalised Italian on a permanent basis.

As a result, this could help West Ham, who are also interested in the former Chelsea and Manchester City striker.

This term, Sturridge has made 14 appearances in all competitions for the Anfield club scoring three goals and assisting just as many times.
