Daniel Sturridge has told Liverpool that if he is to leave he only wants to do so to Inter according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

Liverpool have given Sturridge the green light to move but demand a €2 million loan fee and a €28.5 million redemption fee, figures and a transfer formula that Inter are understood to be happy with.

The 28-year-old has also attracted interest from West Brom and Crystal Palace and it was believed that his arrival would be determined by Eder but Corriere dello Sport further report that that is not entirely the case. It is certainly difficult for him to arrive with Eder still at the club but by no means impossible.

However, Sturridge is expected to play in Liverpool’s FA Cup tie with West Brom tomorrow and a good performance could lead to Liverpool changing their mind altogether about letting the Englishman depart the club.
