Javier Pastore wants out of PSG, Pastore wants Inter and Inter want Pastore. This much is clear right now, but in a complicated and delicate transfer operation like this one, nothing is ever that simple. PSG are still to be convinced on the formula of the deal. They are in need of cash in order to comply with Financial Fair Play. Inter can only look to take the player from them on a loan deal for the same reasons.

Tuttosport reports that Pastore has opened up and expressed his intentions saying: “I want to play more so I can go to the World Cup in the summer. Inter is an option. If I do leave PSG, I would love to go back to Italy, I know the league and my wife is Italian. I want to play more and I think that I will get to do just that in Milan, it is important thought that Inter feel that they need a player like me, not just to buy me for the sake of it. Let’s see what happens and if an agreement can be reached.”

With regards to the deal itself, Tuttosport reports that Inter have intensified their contact with the players’ agent, Marcelo Simonian, after the last few days. They have already agreed contractual details and personal terms with the player and are just waiting for PSG to give the go ahead to a loan deal with the right to buy in the future. Both Simonian and Pastore have already spoken to the Fremch club and expressed their intentions and are just waiting for club President, Nasser El Khelaifi, to give his approval to the deal that would see one of his favourite players leave the French capital.
