Spalletti Has Asked Inter Management For Another Midfielder

Inter manager Luciano Spalletti is continuing to ask Inter management for further reinforcements to his squad Gazzetta dello Sport detail.

The Nerazzurri are frantically searching for an economically viable signing for the midfield with only days remaining in the current transfer window. Cash-strapped, Inter must rely on signing either free agents or loaning players to address their needs.

Jiangsu Suning’s Ramires was deemed an ideal signing due to the relationship between Inter and the Chinese outfit but Jiangsu were ultimately unwilling to part ways with one of their star players.

Stanislav Lobotka and Fabian Ruiz of Celta Vigo and Real Betis respectively are the two latest additions to the shortlist which also includes Thomas Partey (Atletico Madrid), Yves Bissouma (Lille), Wylan Cyprien (Nice), William Carvalho (Sporting Lisbon) and Manuel Fernandes (Lokomotiv Moscow).

Gazzetta also reports that Inter are hopeful of raising some funds through sales of Marcelo Brozovic and Eder – whose potential sale directly affects Inter’s attempts to sign Daniel Sturridge from Liverpool.
