Sassuolo are closing in on signing Andrea Pinamonti according to a report from FCInterNews.it.
The highly rated forward is set to complete a permanent move to the Neroverdi and Inter will have a buy back option. Premium Sport report that Inter will pocket €8 million from his sale and will be able to buy him back for a fee of €16 million. It is unclear however if Inter will reinvest the money raised from the sale in what remains in this transfer window.
The 18-year-old has been on Inter’s books for the past five years having joined from Chievo Verona. At all youth levels the Italian youth international has proved to be a prolific goalscorer. Despite this, he has found first team action hard to come by due to finding himself behind club captain Mauro Icardi. Pinamonti is a near ever present feature on the bench for Inter each match day but has made just the one senior appearance this term.
I don’t get this management…keep thinning the squad because that’s EXACTLY what the team needs.
It depends for how many years is the buy-back clause active. I mean in 1 year he might not explode, and then he could easily get out of our hands… Should be at least 2 years valid.
it’s an okay deal to me.. because we have buyback option..

a transfer with a buy back clause is ok. hope he gets good chances and fulfils his potential and return to us
