Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert, Gianluca Di Marzio, reports that despite the two clubs having agreed terms for the transfer of young striker Andrea Pinamonti to Sassuolo from Inter, the player himself is not entirely convinced.

According to the report Pinamonti has not yet given the move the thumbs up due to some concerns regarding the way the deal is structured. Furthermore Pinamonti is reportedly unsure as to what role he would play with the Neroverdi as his main concern is to play first team football.

Sassuolo currently have former Juventus and AC Milan striker Alessandro Matri in the team and although Pinamonti is currently playing second and third fiddle to Mauro Icardi and Eder, he is not willing to make the move to do the same at the Mapei Stadium.

Pinamonti made his debut for Inter in a competitive match last season in the Europa league against Sparta Prague and has featured 4 times so far without getting on the scoresheet.
