In terms of the balance sheet, the sale of Jeison Murillo to Valencia will be important to Inter according to a report in Turin-based newspaper TuttoSport.

The Colombian defender, transferred on August 18th to Valencia after two seasons with the Nerazzurri and is currently on the bench after suffering injury problems to his groin. Murillo has been loaned with a redemption obligation set at €11 million plus €2 million in bonuses.

According to the report this is money that Inter considers to be able to realize in the summer, precisely because the redemption will take place at the first official presence that the player will make next season with the Spaniards. So August may already be the best month to mark the revenue of the final transfer of the central defender.

Jeison Murillo has only appeared in 7 matches so far this season for Valencia. Inter will be looking to sell him in order to maintain their balance sheet and comply with Financial Fair Play to avoid being penalized by UEFA.
