Inter are looking to land Kwadwo Asamoah on a free transfer in the summer once his contract at rivals Juventus expires according to Corriere dello Sport.

The Nerazzurri have an agreement in principal with the Ghanaian over a three year contract worth €3 million per season.  Inter wish to add Asamoah to their ranks due to his experience in Serie A and being a super reliable player on top of that. The 29-year-old can play either at full back, on the wing or even in central midfield if required.

Milan based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport also confirm Inter’s interest in the player who has also suited up for Udinese and Torino. They do however also warn that Inter are not alone in courting Asamoah and cite Napoli and some Premier League clubs as also being keen on him.

Asamoah is the second player that Inter are looking at with a view of landing on a free in the summer with Lazio’s Stefan de Vrij being the other one.
