Ahead of Sunday night’s Derby della Madonnina, Gazzetta dello Sport have predicted how Inter manager Luciano Spalletti may deploy his side.
Despite a goal in last weekend’s victory over Benevento, Andrea Ranocchia will drop to the bench and Miranda will come back in to the starting eleven.
Borja Valero is set to miss out the second Milan derby of the season due to injury and has trained on his own, away from his teammates for the past two days. Therefore, Roberto Gagliardini will partner Matias Vecino in the midfield two.
Yann Karamoh will also be granted a second Serie A start while Antonio Candreva will continue to play through the middle as a trequartista. Moreover, club captain Mauro Icardi will return to the starting line-up having fully recovered from his injury that limited him to the bench last weekend.
Inter Predicted Starting Line-up (4-2-3-1): Samir Handanovic; Joao Cancelo, Milan Skriniar, Miranda, Danilo D’Ambrosio; Matias Vecino, Roberto Gagliardini; Yann Karamoh, Antonio Candreva, Ivan Perisic; Mauro Icardi.

I was thinking more for candreva icardi. Candy has a good shot and is capable of running behind the defence line. But honestly I think will surprise them so much as no one will expect this

Why don’t we play Brozovic instead of Gagliardini? Brozovic could be deployed as Central Midfielder and take turn with Candreva as CAM. Candreva has defensive mode on his style of play so he can cover the defense whenever we get counter attack. Again, Candreva & Brozovic can take turn in CAM and Central Midfielder. Rafina will come in second half to add more Creativity. BUT ABSOLUTELY NO GAGLIARDINI ON THIS PERIOD
