Inter will have one less competitor to deal with when it comes to Dennis Praet according to the latest reports in the media.
According to Genoa based outlet Il Secolo XIX, Juventus have relinquished their interest in the young Belgian midfielder, leaving Roma as the only other known competition for the Nerazzurri.
It is unclear why the reigning champions have stopped courting the 23-year-old but Praet is now the second player they have seemingly given up on, having done so with Bryan Cristante also according to other media reports.
The attacking midfielder, like a number of his Sampdoria teammates, has come on leaps and bounds under the tutelage of manager Marco Giampaolo. This season, Praet has featured 24 times across all competitions and although he has yet to score, he has assisted three.
Praet is not the only Sampdoria player that Inter are currently interested in with it being understood that they also have interest in Karol Linetty and Lucas Torreira.
