Inter’s transfer market team are not only focusing on Argentina at the moment but the Netherlands too according to a report from Tuttosport.

The Turin based newspaper report that Inter scouts have taken in the Oranje’s last two matches, both of which have been friendlies against England and Portugal which ended with the Dutch succumbing to a 1-0 defeat and triumphing 3-0 respectively.

The Nerazzurri’s scouts paid particular attention to Stefan de Vrij who is understood to have agreed a pre-contract deal in principle to join Inter in the summer. Moreover, they watched long term target Kevin Strootman who has been tipped to be Suning’s reward to manager Luciano Spalletti if he guides Inter in to the Champions League. Memphis Depay – the only one of the three to start both games – was another player that Inter watched closely but Tuttosport also warn that they face competition from rivals Milan for his signature.
