Inter could soon be dealing with agent Kia Joorabchian again according to UOL Esporte who report he is behind the negotiations that could see Bernard arrive at the Nerazzurri in the summer.

Joorabchian was infamously behind Suning’s big spending on Joao Mario and Gabriel Barbosa, both of whom failed to live up to the expectations and have since been shipped out on loan and could well leave this summer permanently. The Brazilian news outlet further report though that Inter and more specifically Inter’s owners Suning may chose to ignore Joorabchian this time in order to avoid a possible repeat situation with the Brazilian midfielder.

The 25-year-old is currently on the books of Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk but his contract expires this summer and he has expressed that he will not be extending his contract in favour of a move elsewhere in Europe.

Bernard is one of a number of players with expiring contracts that Inter are courting alongside the likes of Lazio’s Stefan de Vrij and Juventus’ Kwadwo Asamoah.
