Kwadwo Asamoah has accepted Inter’s pre-contract offer according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Ghanaian’s contract with rivals Juventus is to expire in the summer and Inter have moved in plenty time to secure his signature. They further report that the full back has already found himself a home in the Milano area ahead of the move and that the length of the contract he has agreed to in principle is a three year deal.

This season the 28-year-old has made 20 appearances across all competitions for the Bianconeri, assisting once.

Asamoah is one of a number of players that the Nerazzurri have been courting well ahead of the summer transfer market even opening. Lazio’s Stefan de Vrij and Shakhtar Donetsk’s Bernard are two other players that Inter management are looking to add on free transfers while a deal for Argentine talent Lautaro Martinez has already been wrapped up and only lacks official confirmation from Inter.
