Inter’s Brazilian international defender Joao Miranda spoke with Inter TV moments ago ahead of the Derby della Madonnina at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district, with kick-off scheduled for 18.30 CET.
The former Atletico Madrid player was asked about his thoughts going into the game stating that: “It is a great fixture, we arrive really up for this match and hope to be able to give a great performance. We are doing really well right now and we want to demonstrate this growth once again. There is not much left of the season and every match is like a final that we need to win.”
Miranda was asked about the opponents, AC Milan replying that: “It is a derby we have to pay close attention and give everything we have.”
Moments later the Brazilian stopped by Medium Sport where he was asked about the importance of the derby stating that: “Inter have to return to the Champions League, a great team must be there. We know that our moment has arrived.”
