Inter’s young French winger Yann Karamoh was interviewed by Premium Sport after the impressive win against Cagliari at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district.

The former Caen player began by underlining the importance of the win stating that: “Today it was very important to win in order to continue our path to qualify for the Champions League. I had a lot of chances but in the end the most important thing is the result.

Karamoh was then asked if he hurt himself when he ran into the post stating that: “I did hurt myself a little bit but I shook it off quickly.”

In conclusion Karamoh was asked about the backheel which saw him be reprimanded by his teammates and Cagliari defender Castan stating: “This is my way of playing, I like playing in this way. My idol is Neymar.”

The 19 year old has featured 10 times across all competitions for the Nerazzurri since joining the club scoring once in the process.
