Matias Vecino and Antonio Candreva are expected to return to the starting XI for Inter’s crunch match against Juventus this weekend, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Vecino has been struggling with a groin injury in recent weeks and has not started for the Nerazzurri since 24 February, when Inter beat Benevento 2-0 at San Siro, while Candreva has not featured since sustaining an ankle problem in the defeat against Torino on 8 April.

However the Milanese-based paper believes that both will return to Luciano Spalletti’s line-up on Saturday evening, for a match that could go a long way to deciding Inter’s fate in the race for Champions League qualification.

Borja Valero and Yann Karamoh are the players expected to make way for the Uruguayan and the Italian, with everyone else set to retain their places.

Spalletti is likely to confirm the 4-2-3-1 system that brought maximum points against Cagliari and Chievo, with Rafinha and Ivan Perisic joining Candreva to complete the attacking trio behind Mauro Icardi.
