Federico Chiesa is in Manchester City’s sights for this upcoming transfer window. Sky Sports reports that Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola has an interest in the Serie A, with Chiesa being one of the names that appeals to him the most.

The champions of England and Inter have interest in the Fiorentina winger, regardless of Fiorentina’s notion that he is not for sale this summer. Fiorentina claims that they have no intentions unless the offer exceeds their expectations.

Federico Chiesa has turned heads this season in Serie A becoming a strong force alongside Giovanni Simeone at the head of Fiorentina’s attack. The son of former striker, Enrico Chiesa,  has also warranted a call up to the Italian national team, earning his first senior call up this past March for friendlies against England and Argentina.

Pep Guardiola is no stranger to the Serie A after having played for both Brescia and Roma during his playing days.
