Club officials from Galatasaray are now in Milan holding talks with their Inter counterparts over a permanent deal involving Yuto Nagatomo as per a report by transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

Following a successful loan spell that saw the Japanese defender heavily involved in Galatasaray winning the Turkish Super Lig title for a 21st time, the Istanbul based club now want to keep a hold of the 31-year-old defender. During his six month stint, Nagatomo made a total of 16 appearances for the Cimbom.

With Financial Fair Play in mind, Inter are looking to raise as much as possible from the full back, who has been with Inter since the 2010/11 season. The Nerazzurri are looking to get €4 million from his sale but as things stand Galatasaray are willing to offer no more than €2 million in return for him. Talks between the two clubs are still ongoing as they look to reach a deal that pleases both clubs.
