The future of Croatian international midfielder Milan Badelj will be in the Serie A according to his agent Saffet Balkan who gave an interview to Turkish media outlet Star.com.tr.

When asked about the future of his client, who has spent the last four seasons with Fiorentina in Florence and whose contract expires at the end of this month, Balkan was very clear dismissing a move to Turkey stating: “Badelj has decided to continue his career in Italy due to family reasons. Turkey will not be considered, probably he will continue to play in Milano. His next team will be either AC Milan or Inter.

The Rossoneri have been rumored to be very interested in the player but Balkan refuses to exclude Inter who have in the past been heavily linked with a move for the former Hamburger SV player.

During his four season with Fiorentina, Badelj featured 140 times across all competitions for the Viola getting on the scoresheet 6 times in the process where he also served as the club’s captain.
