Antonio Candreva’s agent Federico Pastorello has revealed that his client has signed a new contract with Inter while confirming Inter’s interest in Malcom.

“He [Candreva] has renewed and will remain at Inter,” Pastorello unveiled in an interview with SportItalia.

Candreva’s now old contract was due to expire at the end of the 2019/20 season and it is as yet unclear how long his new contract ties him to the club to. Last season, the winger struggled in front of goal and failed to find the net in 37 appearances across all competitions but managed to deliver eight assists.

Pastorello is among the intermediaries for Inter’s bid to land Malcom and confirmed what many already knew, Inter are interested in the Brazilian winger, who has some of Europe’s top clubs chasing his signature. Bordeaux are reportedly demanding upwards of €40 million for his signature but Inter are looking to bring that price down.

“Inter is evaluating Malcom as an option,” he said.
